We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method.
Payment must be made in cash to the courier at the time of delivery. Please ensure that the payable amount is available when receiving your order.

We reserve the right to cancel or place an order on hold if customer details are incomplete, verification fails, suspicious activity is detected, or there is a history of refused or failed COD deliveries.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available communication method.
An order is subject to acceptance, product availability, customer verification, and courier service availability.
We may cancel an order if:

7. Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver within Pakistan only through trusted courier partners, including TCS and M&P.
Estimated delivery options may include:

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, address issues, remote locations, or circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been dispatched, it may not be possible to change the delivery address or cancel the order.

8. Failed or Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery, provides an incorrect address, remains unavailable, or does not respond to courier attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.
In such cases, delivery, return, or courier charges may be payable by the customer. Repeated failed or refused deliveries may affect future COD eligibility.
9. Returns and Refunds
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to eligibility under our Return & Refund Policy.
To be eligible for return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging, tags, accessories, and proof of purchase where applicable.
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, customisation, or product-specific restrictions.
Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
Shipping charges are paid by the customer and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or unless the refund is due to an error on our part.

We do not offer exchanges for any products once an order has been delivered.
If you wish to purchase a different item, size, colour, or variant, you may place a new order through our website. Any return or refund request for the original item will be handled separately in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
