1. Shipping Overview
We currently ship within Pakistan only and do not offer international shipping.
All prices and shipping charges are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method.
Orders are delivered through trusted courier partners, including TCS and M&P.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following delivery options, subject to availability at checkout:

3. Order Processing
Orders are processed during business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order is confirmed, we will prepare it for dispatch and hand it over to one of our courier partners. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
We may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email to confirm your order or delivery details before dispatch, especially for Cash on Delivery orders.
4. Cash on Delivery Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made to the courier at the time of delivery.
Please ensure that:

Someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.

The payable amount is arranged at the time of delivery.
Failure to receive a COD order may result in delivery delays, return of the parcel, or restrictions on future COD orders.
5. Delivery Terms and Courier Partners
We partner with reliable courier services, including TCS and M&P, to deliver orders across Pakistan.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be shared with you where available. Courier tracking updates are managed by the courier company and may take time to appear after dispatch.
Delivery attempts, courier calls, delays, and route availability are subject to the courier partner’s operational procedures.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently deliver within Pakistan only.
Delivery may be unavailable or delayed in certain remote, restricted, or service-limited areas. If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we may contact you to arrange an alternative solution or cancel the order.
We do not deliver to incomplete addresses, invalid contact numbers, or locations where courier service is unavailable.
7. Change of Address
Please ensure that your shipping details are correct before placing your order.

Address changes are subject to order status and courier limitations.
8. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the applicable delivery, return, or refund process.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to failed verification, incorrect customer details, product unavailability, pricing errors, courier limitations, suspected misuse, or other operational reasons.
9. Failed Delivery or Refused Orders
If a customer refuses delivery, provides an incorrect address, remains unavailable, or does not respond to courier attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.
In such cases, any delivery, return, or courier charges may be payable by the customer. We may also restrict or refuse future COD orders for repeated failed deliveries or refused parcels.
10. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel appears damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
You may be required to provide:
